Do you mean pcos? It was my understanding that people with pcos have above normal glucose levels, even if not by much, and/or increased insulin levels. Theyare at increased risk for diabetes. They have insulin resistance. I think metformin is commonly used to help decrease insulin resistance in the cells. Improving cell sensitivity is a very good thing.Reply
