Hi!
My company and I are working with a company that manufactures and supplies lancing devices.
To maintain and improve their product portfolio in the future an important factor is the consideration of the customer’s expectations and requirements. We are currently interviewing patients, doctors and nurses on three continents in order to identify criteria that really add value to the customer. The results should enable the company to better align its lancet devices with customer needs.
We are currently looking for participants in a short 10 minute phone survey on lancing devices.
